Max was AMAZING. This is my first BMW and first service and Max provided EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE. He counseled me on the importance of bringing my Z4 in on time for oil changes and the consequences to the engine if I don’t. He kept me updated on the status of my car and because of Max I felt even more excited about the BMW experience.

In the four years I have had my car serviced here I have never had a service representative who wasn't knowledgeable and courteous. Last year, the tech recommended some service that I deferred only to hear the next time my car was in that it wasn't necessary. Even so, I wouldn't entrust my BMW anywhere else.

Heck in was easy and fast, Ina- my service adviser - was friendly, competent and did not try to upsell. Service was completed overnight, and communication was prompt and effective. Price was “dealership price” but I knew that beforehand. Why just four stars then? Because I had to wait 6 hours before the promised shuttle ride materialized at my door.
