We had an intermittent problem that was difficult to reproduce. The tech folks worked very hard to find and fix the issue and the car is now running perfectly. The service rep took very good care of us and has become my “go to” person for Mercedes service.

Brought my car in for a new tire and check on why my audio system wouldn’t work. Service was performed in timely fashion, but the charge for diagnostics was excessive. I commented on that in my review and service manager reached out with a credit for future service. Would have preferred an actual refund but this was next best
