I love my Mercedes C 300. It is the perfect size car (not too big but fits my dog kennel in the back seat), has great electronics that help me drive more safely and looks great too. Andrew was knowledgeable and professional and has become a trusted car consultant. He gave me great advice and found me the perfect car. All the people in the Palm Springs dealership are helpful and caring.

I have particularly enjoyed working with Jenna Paine in solving my problems in having my Mercedes passed for this year's Smog Test. It took at least 10 visits to be tested by The Smog Test and told my Mercedes failed. I was told that European cars were known for failing. After spending $2,500 for new equipment, the car still failed. Jenna Paine offered to have my car processed by your employees and eventually it passed at a Smog check close to Palm Springs. I was unhappy that you were unable to provide the new parts when I asked for Mercedes assistance. Jenna recommended a firm that could do that.
