They sent a technician to the location of my car to run

They sent a technician to the location of my car to run some diagnostic tests. Once that was done I scheduled service which was easy &the scheduler was pleasant. They picked my car up from another location to bring it to this dealership for service & returned it when the service was complete. That’s 5 star service!

We absolutely loved the service we got—we just purchased

We absolutely loved the service we got—we just purchased a wonderful new Mercedes AMG 43 convertible. Cody Vierra was our salesman. He took fantastic care of us, and made sure every question we asked was answered so that we understood everything about our new car. Definitely buy your car in Palm Springs.

From the moment I walked through the door, Brenda Dryden

From the moment I walked through the door, Brenda Dryden handled every question or issue I expressed beautifully. She is knowledgeable regarding her product and can explain options so that a real human can understand them. Since the purchase and delivery of my car, Mercedes has been very accommodating and helpful teaching me about the many advances on this car. I recommend the agency and especially Brenda highly.

Bought a beautiful 2024 EQ350+ but unfortunately it does

Bought a beautiful 2024 EQ350+ but unfortunately it does not come with charging cables. I was unable to use my car until I purchase cables. Salesman did not know much and said to get an electrician to help. Nice man at parts department did not know what to tell me to do as Mercedes does not sell cables. Finally found a young man that could help me search Amazon. Crazy at the price of the car!

Customer service is very professional.

Customer service is very professional. I had my car serviced, unfortunately they needed to keep my car for a day or two. My complain was not having enough rental cars available. Unfortunately, we have 2 other cars that were not available to drive during this time.

This morning my wife and I dropped of her car to get

This morning my wife and I dropped of her car to get serviced and look at new convertible. Until someone came up to me to tell me I needed to find somewhere else to park my construction truck because they needed to make room for customers. I was wearing my work clothes and of course I'm Hispanic. He thougt I was part of the construction crew down the road at least hat is what he's excuse was. I brought this up to the manager because of course it made me feel very uncomfortable. But he also seemed to give one xxxx about the whole situation. Of course we are no longer buying there.
