Came in 12/28 for an oil change and tire rotation, was told the lugnuts were stripped and they didn't have time to work on it that day let's reschedule, rescheduled for the following Thursday at 9 am, arrived that morning and was told it would be about an hour, hour and a half, two hours tops. So I decided to sit and wait instead of shuttle home. 6 days prior I was already told what work needed to be done, it took them 2 hours to come tell me what I already knew, they didn't have the required parts and had to go to the orchard park location, service manager told me it would be about a half hour 45 minutes, another hour and a half later I was told the parts had just arrived and itd be another 10 minutes, 35 minutes later, waiting aggravated watching every employee leave and come back from their lunch breaks while my one and a half hour wait turned into an inconvenient 4 hour wait. Needless to say I was very unhappy with the customer service and the inconvenience of a simple "hey this is gonna take longer than we thought, if you would still like a shuttle and we will call you when it's ready."

Paul Sanchez in sales went above and beyond to provide quality customer service. Very helpful, available and responsive. Will be returning in future for business.

Shelby was awesome she came in on her day off to deal with us. But the down fall was that it took 5 days to be able to even take the truck home. We looked at it Monday started the process. Went back Tuesday thinking we were leaving with the truck. But we didn't she also didn't have any paperwork ready so we spent most the time waiting for her to get the paperwork. Then we were suppose to go back Thursday to get the truck they cancelled last minute. We then went in Friday at the time we planned on. We sat there for a hour until we found out they weren't ready for us. Went back 3 hours later and finally a hour later we had the keys and walked away.

From the moment we walked in the staff was welcoming and willing to answer any questions we had. We were greeted by a sales rep very quickly and he gave us a chance to test drive the car and gave us all the information we were looking for. Great experience overall.
