Dave Hoffman, Ryan Hunter, Matt Vetter, Jamie Branch and everyone here ALWAYS treats me like I am the ONLY one that matters. It feels more like a family than a dealership. Everytime I go in for service with either Toyota I own, I always leave feeling better than when I came in, (which is usually just the opposite from most service departments I have been to). The staff was very helpful. They were patient; worked with me on a few points regarding the vehicle; the sale was quick and efficient; they followed up on getting me an item for the vehicle after the sale; and, basically, they gave me everything I needed. A+

They will not mistreat you. I had northtown tell me service would be covered by warranty and then hit me with a $250 bill for an alignment.
