The dealership was clean. The people were friendly and they bent over backwards to meet my needs for a new vehicle.

They were not willing to work with me regarding the value of my trade-in, nor the price of the car I was looking at. I got the run around, talking to many different people without getting an answer. I was told they would call me but they took hours and even days to finally get back to me, and still couldn't help.
