The service was great. I had no issues. The people that took care of me. No exactly what they were talking about. It was a good experience.

They were able to change my oil and rotate my tires in a very reasonable amount of time for my 1st oil change. I have taken a brand new truck in 4 times because my radio volume keeps going out at random times and doesn't come back on until the truck is turned off, locked and sits for over 10 minutes, navigation randomly quites and won't open. While there are a number of technical service bullitens on this problem. It has yet to be fixed! numerous emails and calls to the service manager have yet to be returned (he left me one voicemail, asking me to contact him, which i have, but has yet to return). My salesperson was great, but the true test comes when you have a problem. To buy a new 70K and have your premium bose sound system randomly not work is unexceptable to anyone I know. I take vidoes to show, I drove it to the dealership while it was happening, but without an error code being recorded, they don't know what to do. To date, they have not replace a single part, not even the amplifier.

We worked with B. O’Sullivan, he took his time (it was substantial) with us. He listened, wasn’t pressuring. We left satisfied with our decision.
