This is my first ever review and there’s a reason for it.

This is my first ever review and there’s a reason for it. Chris Krason helped me purchase my first car and the experience me and my husband had was one like no other. I’ve never been to a car dealership without them pressuring me and wasting my time but with Chris, he took his time at explaining the different options without forcing a decision right away. Once I picked the car I wanted, everything took about an hour to sign the papers and walk out with a brand new car. I was pleased and couldn’t recommend this place and Chris enough!!

I recently bought a preowned car from Wickstrom Dodge

I recently bought a preowned car from Wickstrom Dodge Jeep Ram, and I could not be happier with the experience! I was completely new to the car buying process, but everyone there made it smooth and stress-free. The staff was knowledgeable, honest, and extremely helpful every step of the way. I got a great deal on my car and felt very well taken care of. Highly recommend Wickstrom to anyone looking for a solid vehicle and top notch service!

Nathan Noffs is fantastic.

Nathan Noffs is fantastic. He really goes above and beyond. He made everything simple, low pressure, and just a joy. I have no qualms about sending my mother to Wickstrom to work with Nathan and the team at Wickstrom. She loves her Lincoln and her experience there. Thanks so much Nathan and the rest of the team!

We were looking for a very specific Navigator, and could

We were looking for a very specific Navigator, and could not locate one locally. We found exactly what we wanted at Wickstrom, 80+ miles from our home. We connected with Tristan Metzner and set an appointment to see and drive the car. The only day we were available was her day off, but she agreed to meet with us anyway. She was very personable and definitely well-versed on Lincolns. We decided to buy the car, and I was very pleasantly surprised at how smoothly the process went. None of the back and forth that plagues the process at other dealers. I told her what I wanted on my trade and they met it. They also increased their discount on the Navigator over what we had discussed earlier. Tristan was fantastic through it all, including getting us set up with the Lincoln app and the driver settings in the car. I highly recommend Wickstrom Auto group and specifically Tristan Metzner!! They are awesome!

Just purchased my 2nd Jeep from Jared Nelson at Wickstrom

Just purchased my 2nd Jeep from Jared Nelson at Wickstrom Auto Group… by far the best experience I have ever had purchasing a vehicle! Jared is the salesperson who listens to the customer and anticipates what your needs are. Explains everything…and sometimes twice if you need with patience and good humor. Really felt that Jared and everyone at Wickstrom worked to make sure I was fully informed and got to the decision that was best for me. No hard pressure sell… just GREAT customer service. Would highly recommend Jared at Wickstrom… as he reassured me thru the entire process “I got you!” He meant it… and I have my new Jeep!!
