The entire experience was pleasant from the first

The entire experience was pleasant from the first question I asked to the very end. Every member of the team my wife and I interacted with was professional and courteous. Our purchase was a two-part process since the vehicle had to be special ordered, but when the time came for delivery, everything went smoothly. Even better, the final price came in lower than expected. Big shoutout to the management and sales team at Wickstrom Ford Barrington for making the whole process easy and enjoyable.

I recently purchased a 2026 Dodge Durango GT from Wickstrom Chrysler Jeep Dodge RAM on April 25, 2026, and the experience was excellent from start to finish. From the beginning, Eric Jensen stood out as a highly professional and straightforward salesperson. There was no pressure, no games—just clear communication and a focus on getting to a fair deal. The negotiation process was especially smooth since we aligned early on a target price and handled much of the discussion online, which made everything efficient and hassle-free. The financing experience was where this deal really exceeded expectations. Stellantis was offering 0% financing for 36 months, but Eric went the extra mile and was able to secure 0% for 60 months by matching me with a vehicle that better fit my needs. Eric also found that my employer had a supplier agreement with Stellantis, which secured me an additional discount from the manufacturer. That level of attention and willingness to optimize the deal—not just to close it—made a big difference. I also want to recognize David Didier, Finance Manager, who was great to work with during the final steps. He was efficient, clear in explaining the paperwork, and respectful of my time—no pressure on add-ons, just a smooth and professional closing process. Overall, this was one of the easiest and most transparent car-buying experiences I’ve had. The dealership operated with a high level of professionalism, and Eric’s effort to find the best possible outcome really stood out. Overall Purchase Rating: 10/10 I’d strongly recommend Wickstrom CDJR—and especially Eric Jensen—to anyone looking for a straightforward, customer-focused buying experience, particularly if you’re balancing family needs with towing capability like I was.

I hate buying/selling cars.

I hate buying/selling cars. I bought my 2015 Jeep GC and hoped it was going to last forever. Unfortunately, a deer strike totaled it leaving me to have to buy a new car. I had the best experience buying a new car at Wickstrom. I met with Eric Jensen and he was spectacular throughout the entire process. We met about a month before I actually purchased my new Jeep. He was patient, communicative, and never pressured me from my first visit to the day I drove off in my new Jeep. The team members of Eric, Chris, and Dave were all great and turned a really crappy situation, of having to buy a new car after an accident, into a very pleasant and comfortable experience. I highly recommend Wickstrom.

About a month ago I started the dreaded process of looking for a New / Used car. I was fortunate enough to get hooked up with Tristan at Wickstrom Lincoln. The dreaded deed of looking and searching out a car was quickly made painless and enjoyable by my sales person. Tristan along with the entire team made my experience fun- enjoyable - and simple.
