Chris Wood was a pleasure to work with. Not only was he very professional, but also was extremely personable! He had a very good working knowledge of the MDX, and gave me the perfect balance of closing a sale without being too pushy. He's my car salesman from here on! As for other people involved in the sales process, the car was clean, ready, and on-time for delivery. Much to be proud of with Acura of Rochester.

We had an excellent purchase experience with Acura of Rochester. We were looking for an upgrade from a small SUV to a larger, mid size, more comfortable model. The MDX was the first one we looked at and after spending several weeks test driving and comparing other manufacturers models we came back to this one. We felt it offered the best ride, quality and features at the best price. After the usual back and forth, the dealer ended up offering us the max value on our old car on a trade-in and included some "extras" in the total price- much to our satisfaction. The Sales Specialist, Christopher Wood, was extremely friendly and knowledgeable in explaining many of the great features on the car. He's a real "techie" and his passion for all the car has to offer really came through! The other sales reps and managers were also very friendly and readily answered questions about the car. The facility itself is very clean and comfortable. I also appreciated the fact that on picking up the car there was no attempt at any additional "up sell" for long term maintenance, or other product or services. I had this happen at another local "high end" brand dealer and was very turned off by it. Having had the car almost two weeks now- we can confirm it was a great choice!
