Excellent Experience
Our sales associate Luis Andrade was superb, he was friendly and knowledgeable about the vehicles. Its been a long time since I had an associate who wasn't pushy but patient. Luis is very professional, his interpersonal skills are great, he is proficient and I appreciate his work. What I like most is that Luis listened and paid close attention to my need and details. Great guy, looking for a sales person see Luis! And Derek Dukey walked me through all the tech stuff and even paired my phone. Caryn, was very friendly and courteous making sure the numbers were accurate. Great TEAM!

Upgraded my RX300 (1999) to a RX350
I went in on a Friday night to take a look at a used car that I saw online that I liked. Mustafa was professional and patiently walked me through the process. I ended up purchasing the car that evening. Later in the week I noticed that the fog light was out (couldn't see that it was out during the daytime hours, and didn't diligently check them before driving off the lot) and he was able to work with service to get that fixed for me with no charge. I definitely appreciate that! I didn't fuss too much over the price (perhaps I could have saved a few hundred had I negotiated a bit more), and I had a wonderful buying experience. I plan to come to Woodfield Lexus again for my next vehicle.

Disappointment! I regret buying a vehicle from Woodfield...
Disappointment! I regret buying a vehicle from Woodfield Lexus. On Saturday 12/7 bought a new 2019 Lexus UX 250H. After documents were signed I learned the second key and the manuals (no big deal about the manuals) were missing. I was told if the key wasn’t gonna be found they will make me a second key. Got a call few days later the key was missing and to come in so they make the key, ok fine. Made an appointment for 12/14 at 10, showed up for my appointment to find out the key fob for my car was not even ordered so I’ve wasted my Saturday morning driving 20 miles one way to the dealer for no key. I will be getting a call when the key fob arrives. Also, I paid check/cash for the vehicle and they ran a hard inquiry on my credit vs soft inquiry which dropped my credit score by 8 points and it will stay on my credit for two years. Pretty disappointed with the experience. And who do I blame for it now? The sales guy? Parts or service? Update: on 12/17/19, I had Lexus pick up my car from my house to make me the spare key and left me a loaner vehicle. On 12/18/19, they dropped off my car back to my house with 2 keys. We could have avoided all this to begin with but at least they fixed it. Thanks.

Woodfield Lexus makes it easy
Woodfield Lexus has such a large selection of vehicles that we were able to buy exactly what we wanted and leave with it that day. There's definitely a no pressure sales environment in the showroom which is really awesome. Buying a car can be stressful, however Mustafa and the Woodfield team made the process easy.
