This is the third vehicle we have purchased from Dick Ide Honda and the second vehicle in the past 15 months. Jennifer Flammia was our sales consultant and she was absolutely fantastic. It felt like we were dealing with a longtime friend, not someone i had just met minutes ago. She didn't try to sell me anything beyond what I wanted. She did a great job of helping us get the 2026 Ridgeline setup before we drove away. She made sure we knew she was available after the sale to help us if needed. She knew the vehicle very well and pointed out all the little things that separated the Ridgeline from other competing brands in the mid-size pickup class. She had a great sense of humor and we had quite a few laughs before we left with our Ridgeline. I will absolutely 100 percent buy my next vehicle from Jennifer.

I bought a new 2026 Honda Accord from Ide Honda in June. Brad Constantino was the sales representative I worked with. Brad made the experience incredibly easy and pleasant. He had the car ready to test drive as soon as I arrived. He asked if I was going to be doing a trade-in and I said possibly if the offer was competitive. He completed the appraisal of my trade-in vehicle while I was test driving the 2026 Honda Accord. He had a quote ready to go when I returned from my test drive and gave me an extremely generous offer for my 2016 Honda. They also provided a significant reduction off of the invoice price. From start to finish the whole process was about an hour and a half and I had a great price on the new Honda and a very generous offer for my trade-in. Brad provided me with a checklist of things I would need before I could pick the new car up, which made the whole process extremely easy. I picked up my new Honda a few days after the test drive and everything was ready to go.
