My family has bought cars from Ide for quite a while now because their team is great and they always try to do the what they can for the customer. Jennifer Flammia was great to work with and helped me find a car that would stay within the budget. She had a great attitude and you can tell she enjoys helping people get into a new ride. I also get service done here and always enjoy getting to see Jim. He always provides the best service he can. Between Jennifer in sales and Jim in service, Ide is a one stop shop for me!

Jennifer answered my inquiries about a Honda CRV Hybrid immediately. We agreed to a time to discuss the sale of a hybrid vehicle. She was extremely helpful and very professional.

It was a pleasure working with Mike Bosco. We knew what car we wanted, and MIke found that one was going to be delivered to Ide in a few days. He was kind and helpful, making sure that we knew all the features of our new car. He provided additional help in sending us a new attachment for our EZpass transponder.

I had a fantastic experience working with Jennifer. She was very upfront and very knowledgeable about the Honda Civic I was looking at. Her personality and passion for selling the Honda product was very noticeable from the moment we walked in. Very little pressure, very kind, and answered all of our questions. I highly recommend Jennifer as she put the buyer first!

Nightmare! Stay away. They made a mistake processing my deposit payment and now owe me $5,000 to correct their mistake. They said they issued a credit to my credit card, but the credit card bank says they have no record of the refund and won't see it for 7-10 business days...if they issued it.! I was also told by their salesman that they pay 8% in credit card fees. THAT WAS A LIE! The GM, Adam Well, had no interest in making things right or concern for the customer, his comment was I get 30 days of float from the credit card company so I shouldn't worry about it. The fact that they tied up my credit and didn't care appears to be how this dealership operates. They give the industry a bad name.
