Top Notch Dealership

From the time I walked in until the time I left with my new Accord, I was treated very well. The staff is very friendly and knowledgable and the building is nicely designed and accommodating. Without question, Preston Honda has earned my business.

No pressure, friendly, honest sales.

After visiting a few dealerships, preston honda got my business. I told the salesman what I was looking for and he showed me a few cars that I might like. The prices were reasonable and the people weren't shady.

friendly staff and great. prices

Keith was very helpful in finding the vehicle I was looking for. His sense of humor combined with his knowledge and professionalism set me at ease and made purchasing my vehicle a pleasant experience. Highly recommend the great staff.

Used Honda CRV - Easy To Work With

I drove a few hours away to purchase a used Honda CRV at Preston Honda not knowing exactly what to expect. The car was just as described online/photos and was in excellent shape. There were no surprises or issues. Employees were friendly and easy to work with. I did not get the 'pressured' environment feeling. Salesman Richard was open and honest when answering any questions and went over and above to accommodate us. He provided a detailed explanation/showing of cars functions/features and providing the missing front plate mount for Ohio resident. It took a bit a time to get the paperwork all together but I would recommend them and purchase from them again. K. Koepfer

Purchase of a used car

We worked with Larissa Stefano, she was very open and friendly. She met us at the door when we pulled in the parking lot, and was ready to work with us from there on. She was very helpful and personable. The staff worked with us financially as well to get us where we wanted to be with out new vehicle. Larissa was friendly and caring and you can tell she truly cares about the business she works for and the people she works with

Everyone was so very nice and help full.they talked to you just like a friend . washed the car pit has in it. Justin waited with me the hole time . a great experience.

Painless buying experience

Positive experience, Keith and Larissa answered all questions and worked to meet our needs in a timely manner. Once we actually agreed on the price, it took a little too long to actually sign all the paperwork and drive off the lot. I'm not sure this could have been fixed so I can't really consider this an actual complaint. (We wanted to go out to dinner and celebrate!)
