First time buyer at Preston Honda, Kurt Abraham was a very freindly and knowledgable salesman, no pressure. I was very happy with trade in price. My wife and I are well pleased with our new 2013 Honda CV-R. We received 0.9% interest on our loan, a great savings. Mark Root, finance officer was very pleasant to work with. I would recommend Preston Honda to others. Great place to buy.

We stopped in to see about getting back into the Honda...

We stopped in to see about getting back into the Honda family. Mark took excellent care of us locating the exact vehicle we requested in less than 24 hours. Everyone at the dealership was extremely courteous, helpful, and friendly. We were introduced to the service manager. Mark went over all the details of our new CRV in a manner that was extremely easy to understand. We were given excellent value for our trade-in and a good price on our new vehicle. It is great to be back in the Honda family again. We will definitely recommend Preston Honda and Mark Sanata. Thank you Mark!

This dealership and its representative James Preston has done an outstanding job on my behalf. Best of all not overpowering as many dealerships that I have experienced in the past. Very accommodating and knowledgeable about the product he represents. He called me as soon as he received my on line request which I take as the best response that could be. I would not hesitate to do business with him when I am ready to purchase again. I would recommend Preston Honda to anyone interested in a Honda with James Preston as the salesman. GREAT JOB. My experience with James Preston was not stressful at...

My experience with James Preston was not stressful at all. I hate shopping for cars and I needed a used one. I wasn't sure on what kind to get because I have always had Chevy's my whole life. I told him where I wanted to be budget wise and how much money down I was willing to put and I then came into the dealership. Instead of showing me a ton of cars he sat me down at his desk and showed me how much money I could spend. He was knowledgable and very kind to my needs. As a woman I can say that I never felt pressured into buying something I did not want. He has followed up with since then but not too much to be bothersome. Just on information on service updates and seeing how my car is. I have sent my brother and a co-worker to him so far who were both very happy with their experience. I plan on keeping this car for awhile but all my future purchases will go through him. Thanks again!

I would highly recommend Preston Honda to anyone and...

I would highly recommend Preston Honda to anyone and happily recommend Kurt Abraham for a salesman. Kurt is very friendly, knowledgeable, and did not try to pressure me in any way. He established a rapport with my brother and myself and when we took a test drive he answered every question without any hesitation. He knows his car. Today I picked up my CRV and Kurt checked me out on everything. He made sure all inspections were made and the car was clean from top to bottom. He was very attentive to details. Anyone who needs a new car will get a fair deal from Kurt.

Great experience

We had a great buying experience for the second time purchasing our 2011 Honda Odyessey. Our salesman, Bryan Rodgers, was excellent in helping our family. Also, Valerie, who did the paperwork was excellent and very personable. We will always recommend Prestons to everyone and will never go to anyone else!

Our experience was great! The customer service was excellent and everyone was very caring and helpful! We will never go anywhere else! There is not one bad thing I can say about Prestons!

We've been buying cars from Mark for years. He is more than just our Honda salesman. He is a courteous professional that we can always count on to assist us with our vehicles, long after the sale is over. He has assisted us whenever we have needed any type of service of maintenance on our vehicles, even though this is not part of his job. He keeps in touch with us throughout the year, taking time to call or send a note to see if we need anything. Customer service like this is rare, and this is the reason we keep coming back to Preston Honda. We live 45 miles from the dealership, and there are numerous Honda dealers closer to home, but Preston will always be our first choice for sales and service.
