Thought it was time to grow up so put on my big girl panties and decided to go with a Honda coupe. First nibble I got was from K Abraham. Fell in love with him at first meeting and the rest is history. I love my new Honda coupe and am looking forward to many years being in love and also seeing all of you from time to time. Oh, and the hot chocolate was delish.

Worked with James Preston and got a very competitive price on a year end 2013 Honda CR-V. Scheduled an appointment with James on a Saturday and didn't have to wait at all once we got there. The car was all cleaned up with a full tank of gas. We looked the car over and took it for test drive. Then we went back to James's desk and finalized the contract with no surprises. James is a very laid back friendly guy who is easy to work with. Next we worked we Valerie Villani on financing. Valerie was super friendly and fun to work with. No high pressure sales tactics and very straight forward on the financing end of the deal. After we had closed on the car James took us out to the car and showed us how to work all the fancy electronics like phone syncing and door lock times/headlight on/off times. Overall a very pleasant experience and well worth the 45 minute drive to New Castle. I had an bad experience at dealership South of Pittsburgh and so to come to the Preston Honda dealership was like a night and day difference for me.

I was considering buying a Civic hybrid and did not know...
I was considering buying a Civic hybrid and did not know much about the vehicle. This salesperson only offered answers to specific questions that I asked. Also during my test ddive, he took a personal phone call from his brother in law who wanted to know if Dale wanted a cup of coffee. At that point, I felt disrespected. It was if his personal call was more important that I was. I would never again go to this dealership looking to purchase a vehicle. Poor form.

The customer service, support and overall effort provided by James Preston was superb. He was always courteous and answered our questions quickly and completely. In addition, James has provided great service after the sale. Mark Root was also a pleasure to deal with when we worked the financial paperwork. Overall, Preston Honda provided an outstanding car buying experience and I would recommend them to anyone interested in a Honda vehicle. Thank you.

I found Preston Honda through the associate discounts...
I found Preston Honda through the associate discounts site from Home Depot, James & Kurt were quick to get in touch with me about the purchase I was interested in and they covered the details of my discounts and what kind of #'s we could work out. James got me to the payment I needed and then found the car I wanted in Erie. He had the car brought down the next day and I went in to pick it up which was quite painless. Thanks to everyone there at Preston you have quite an awesome group of people to work with!
