Drove the hour from Pittsburgh on the hunch this dealership would be a really good place to do business and it was totally worth it. We left feeling we had gotten a very good deal, been treated extremely well, and had complete trust for the people we'd encountered. Kurt Abraham was not only clearly a professional with real integrity, but also a person we were happy to have met and spent some time with, and the other people we worked with were great as well. Wish I remembered the name of the guy who did the final cleanup on the vehicle; my wife cares a lot about cleanliness, and she wanted to send him a thank-you note -- only the odometer makes you aware you're not driving a new vehicle. They even had a place for small kids to play, which made the time it took to finalize the paperwork much more pleasant for everyone. It was worth the trip up, and I'd recommend it to anyone.

This dealership is 100% A+++++++++++++ they have treated myself and my wife like family. This is the greatest we have been treated by any dealership in my life. Our sales consultant Bryan Rodgers is tops he has sold us 2 Honda Civics in the past year most recently after my wife's accident which totaled our car. Bryan even took time to contact my wife while she was in the hospital to see how she was doing. This is a special gentlemen , along with Mark Root the Business Manager . We would like to say thanks to the whole team at Preston Honda for making our lives feel so complete when it comes to purchasing a vehicle. Plus thanks to Mr. Preston for getting together the best dealership in New Castle. One more thing the Honda Civic was built to do one thing saved my wife's life. Thank You Ken & Marie Sanoski

Everyone involved in the sale went above and beyond to...

Everyone involved in the sale went above and beyond to get me in the vehicle I had selected. Starting with the first phone call to the dealership I was treated with exceptional customer service that continued right through signing the final paperwork. Each of the above mentioned employees were friendly and courteous. The vehicle was brought over from Preston in Boardman to New Castle which saved me a trip. Kurt brought paperwork to my place of employment to help move the process along after I was presented with an deal I could not refuse. All in all it was a smooth sale from beginning to end. Thank you all very much. I love my new car.

I have been looking to purchase a new Honda CRV for...

I have been looking to purchase a new Honda CRV for several months and had been conversing with several dealerships, but Preston Honda was different. I got a good "vibe" right from the very beginning when James emailed me my initial quote. When I talked to James on the phone prior to my visit, he was very nice and straight forward, not condescending at all. Some dealers I spoke to just left a bad taste in my mouth, but not the staff at Preston Honda. I got the price I wanted and I think that we both made out very well that day. This was my first NEW car purchase experience and I would go back to Preston Honda in a heart beat. And I love my new car!!!

Kurt Abraham sold me my new Fit. He was wonderful. Very kind, very funny and very attentive. He answered all my questions , emails, and phone calls. He was great! Bryan was very kind and I didn't even purchase the car from him. Valerie was super friendly and very nice to deal with. Overall I felt very welcome and am proud to be able to buy my new Honda locally.
