Great Customer Service

This is my 3rd time leasing from Delray Hyundai. This time I had the pleasure of working with Sadko Lakovic who went above and beyond to provide amazing customer service. He was even able to work with his team to find the SUV in the color combination I was looking for. I'm truly impressed at how honest and fair the leasing experience was. Their team was very thorough in explaining all the features in the car all the way through to the financing stages of the process and were still able to get us out the door and into our new SUV much quicker than I expected. I enjoyed working with Sadko and look forward to working with him again when this lease is up in 3 years. I highly recommend Delray Hyundai and Sadko to anyone looking for a Hyundai!

Oil change

I went in for a oil change that was all I requested I made my appointment online I was always coming in to this dealer when I had a car that just recently got totaled I bought my current car from someone who was selling their car, it’s a Hyundai just like my car was, when I went to check out when my car was done $87 is what I got charged for an OIL CHANGE on a 9 year old car!!!!!! I did not know the difference between the oils the individual did not bother to tell me the difference.

Synthetic oil is recommended for older vehicles and will protect your engine and help it run smoother. We are also glad you spoke to our service director, Richard Thomas. Poor Customer Service

I had my car repaired at the Delray Hyundai dealership. My engine was replaced (no fault of mine). It took 36 days to repair due to the parts not being available from Hyundai. I had to rent a car for the 36 days. Hyundai Pre-Owned reimbursed for the required $350 that they offer on rentals. Per the Service Advisor at Delray Hyundai, and the contact from Hyundai Certified Pre-owned, the dealership/Hyundai would reimburse for the remainder of the bill which is approximately $825.00. To date I have not received the remainder of the monies owed me or even a return phone call to update me to the status of the check. It will be 2 months next week that I have gotten my car back!! I have called the Service Manager, many, many, many times in the past few weeks only to have to leave a message for him and not get a return call. This is NOT the dealership that you want to get your car serviced at. They do NOT stand behind their promises!! The engine failure was not my fault and having to rent a car for 36 days was not my fault. The dealership has to step up to the plate and make this right. Also, just an fyi, when I picked up my car from the dealership the toll change that I kept in my closed middle compartment was stolen from the car.... The Service Manager was made aware of this.

Barbara, While Delray Hyundai is not perfect and we appreciate all feedback, I'm sorry, but what you are claiming is all untrue. We contacted Hyundai directly, on your behalf, as you did, and they told us the same thing. Your vehicle was under warranty for the engine. Unfortunately, the warranty did not cover the entire cost, and you would be responsible for the difference. This is not the dealership's fault. The warranty is fulfilled by Hyundai directly. This was explained to you by both our service director and your service advisor. As for the rental, your warranty gives you $30 a day as stated in the agreement. As a courtesy, Hyundai, the manufacturer, expanded the per diem to $35 a day. Richard Thomas, our service director has been reaching out to you daily to go over the details. While Delray Hyundai is here it to help, any claim or discrepancy needs to be communicated through your warranty directly to Hyundai. We welcome you to call Richard and he will help facilitate this. Unbelieveable experience

I leased a 2019 Hyundai Sonata from Delray Hyundai. My salesman Alan Silverman was outstanding. He applied absolutely no pressure on me to complete the deal, which was a first for me. I always dreaded having to lease or buy a car because of the pressure usually applied by the sales team. Without any haggling we negotiated a price that was satisfactory to me and the dealership. I picked up the car the next day and Alan sat with me and explained in detail all the features on the car. Since I had previously leased a Sonata he only had to show me the new features. If you want a great and highly experienced salesperson I highly recommend Alan. When my lease is up and if Alan and I are still around I certainly will return to see him for my next car.


Delray Genesis purchase of G80..5 star experience

Wayne Arcos was very helpful in making the purchase extremely pleasing at Delray Genesis .. he walked me through every step of the process and offered to help set up the homelink garage door opener at my home.
