I was treated with exceptional care, from my first contact with the sales coordinator, Shay Wagner, all the way through my purchase, working first with Steve McNeely, Purchase Manager, and then Zaharias Taylor, Sales Manager. The last time I bought a car was 12 years ago, and Zach was very patient with my questions and educating me on the different options available today. I even got follow up calls from one of the sales Team Leads to make sure all my questions were answered and to find out if there was anything else I needed. Working with Zach, I feel I had a partner in the process, and not just a salesperson.

Jonathan was absolutely tremendous. He kept me appraised of everything. The car wasn’t at the dealership. It was being built that he called me quite a few times, so let me know how the progress was doing. Then he let me know when it was at the port. He kept me very up-to-date and knowledgeable about everything that was going on and then when I have the car came in, he sat with me and went through everything as an 82-year-old woman I needed somebody to explain all the new stuff to me and he did a fantastic job.
