It was a seamless process from my initial contact with Pedro Diaz ( sales) who assisted me in scheduling a last minute appointment to arriving at the service area. Everyone I encountered was professional, courteous, and attentive to my needs. The service advisor, Carlos Nunez was knowledgeable, professional, and cordial. A true pleasure to say the least. The work was completed efficiently and to a high standard. However, what really impressed me was the extra effort Carlos and staff put in to ensure my car was clean and ready for me in a very timely manner. We were greeted and checked in promptly even though it was a busy day. Luis, the service representative facilitated getting information from another previous service dealer in North Florida. He advised us about the service needed, time needed and cost, While there we walked over to new car section and we were greeted there. While looking at the new cars we ran into Steve McNeely who has helped us a number of times in the past. He is a pleasure to work with.
