Yesterday I had the absolute pleasure of buying a certified pre owned sedan. I spent the weekend visiting a few dealerships and doing my due diligence the old fashion way. Very nice dealership. Open space with comfortable seating while you wait. We only waited a few minutes for our sales person, who was fantastic btw, to meet with us. No pressure. Really a great experience, and we test drove and bought the vehicle in about 90 minutes total. The sales person also personally delivered the new car to my house as I was not trading anything in and drove my other car to the dealer.

Service was a breeze today at JM Lexus. Shedrick my advisor took really good care of my vehicle. I was in and out in no time, at least that's how it felt. I also have to say thanks to the mechanic who worked on my vehicle and to the detailing team who washed and cleaned it. The only thing missing were the bagels we used to get pre covid while waiting. Nonetheless very good overall.
