Without question, the best dealership experience we’ve EVER had. We purchased a new 2024 RX350 long distance. Steve McNeeley worked everything out for us from start to finish, and it couldn’t have been easier. The day we flew in to pick up the vehicle, Steve insisted on picking us up at the airport. You won’t find that at any other dealership! He personally went through every detail of automation and made sure all questions were answered. Nothing like personal service!
