I brought my LEXUS RX 350 in for a maintenance check up at 8:15am. It turned out I needed two new tires that wouldn’t be ready until the afternoon. The Service consultant who helped me, Shedrick Anderson, was extremely helpful to me, especially since I wasn’t feeling well and had mobility issues. I got a loaner car and drove home to Boynton Beach East and the next day a representative from LEXUS brought my car to me at 5 PM and took the loaner back. When I get a new RX this spring, I will only go back to JM LEXUS, even though Palm Beach is closer. What wonderful service and I can’t express the kindness and the help that Shedrick showed me. Since I always get service at JM Lexus, the older I get the more difficult it is for me to drive that distance. But the help that your representative showed me, was similar to the concierge service that My Niece gets in Brooklyn on her Mercedes. I would definitely recommend The Lexxus to anyone and JM LEXUS also Nancy J Garbarino
