Buying experience

This is our 3rd new auto purchase or lease from this family of dealerships. 1 from VW and 2 most recently from Chevy. The people remember us from past visits and are competent and truly friendly from management to sales to service. One for one, this teams' experience and manners are actually calming, and eases the buying process into a 'walk in the park'. The pricing is more than simply competitive, it is a single discussion resulting in a price which ended our search for a better deal on the spot. We left today with a new Malibu that even exceeded our requirements with a price below the competition. And from past experience I know the service group will be precise in scheduling and handling the required maintenance in the same efficient manner.
