Steve Felker was great.

Pleasant Experience...Darren

I researched a pre-owned 2015 Subaru WRX online that was recently traded. My initial contact with Davis Acura was via email with Amy Schmerbeck....who was great to work with. Amy was professional and responsive. When I arrived at the dealership to test drive the Subaru, I brought my 16 year old son with me. Ken McDaniel met us outside at the car, and while I was on the phone, I saw him introduce himself to my son and shake his hand. I have been at other establishments where due to his young age, he is sometimes ignored. Ken was great....made a copy of my license and said take it for a test drive. My son asked me, "isn't he coming with us"? From the very beginning Davis Acura and Ken specifically was a low...no pressure establishment. I actually took the car out twice with no questions. I bought the car the same day...there was the typical negotiation process...but at no time did I feel pressured or uncomfortable and ultimate deal was fair. I am a long time Acura owner and when my wife's 2014 MDX is ready to be traded, I would go back to this dealership to work with Ken. To note...it is located an hour away from my home. Great learning experience for my son, as he was with me the entire time....in his words..."Ken was great to work with and we need to give him high marks"....obviously, I agreed.

Buying Pre-Owned Certified Acura

Janice was very helpful and kind. Nick, the salesman was wonderful. He took his time and showed me how to use everything in my new vehicle. The manager was not helpful, he made excuses to not help me with my tags and insurance and he claimed that I only had the temporary tags for 20 days. Nick, the salesman was trying to handle everything for me.

Great Customer Service

My wife and I bought a used 08 Honda Odyssey. It was a trade in. Jack made the process quick and simple. We were in and out within a couple hours. The service was phenomenal! Jack even had the van filled with gas for us. Overall a great buying experience.

Steve is awesome!

We went looking for a car, not sure if we would purchase the same day. We went to a couple of car lots and found nice cars but they were either marked up too high, had to many miles on them or just did not fit what I was looking for in a car. We started looking online and found Davis Acura. We decided to go look at an 08 Honda Accord but I noticed an 08 Acura TL.. She looked perfect! I've always wanted a TL and being a 2008 was a plus. The color was perfect, nothing crazy, pure white. Our dealer, Steve, honestly he is the best. He did his best to get us approved and we ended up purchasing the car. He was nice & friendly.. The other guy, Nick, was also very friendly! Both were very open and nice. The process of purchasing a car is long, even longer with 3 kids under the age of 6, but they made us and our kids as comfortable as possible. I would have never thought we would get as good service as Steve and and Nick gave us just because some dealerships don't care about their customers. But the experience here was nothing but positive and welcoming! Good job you guys and thank you so much! Steve, you're awesome.
