I had been looking for a car for a while (specifically the qx30) as my first car purchase and when my girlfriend found one at Infiniti of Scottsdale we decided to test drive it. I was immediately blown away by our sales rep Alfonso’s friendly news and attention to detail. He made the car buying experience a breeze and was very knowledgeable on the car and processes. We only encountered one hiccup, and Alfonso and the manager, Tony, immediately resolved it with ease. They both were more then accommodating with all of my requests and questions. I was looking for months, and went to countless car dealerships where the sales team were a nightmare to deal with, but I felt comfortable with making my first auto purchase with Alfonso and the Infiniti of Scottsdale team. I now have my dream car and walked away feeling really good about my decision.
