Oil change done

Scott and his crew always treat me with respect and are courteous. I just don't like the guy in the waiting room that thinks he needs to come sit next to everyone and try and sell a new car. I avoid him like the plague

They did what I asked.

I was introduced to the dealership by the Costco program and John Wayne Karhut did the deal as I requested. Paperwork processing took too long.

I was there to purchase my leased car.

I was pleased with the person that helped me with the paper work to purchase my leased car. I am impressed with the continued service. It shows that Toyota is concerned with the life of the car and the resale value. I was disappointed that my tires were not rotated as I was led to believe.

Hot outside, cold inside!!

My car was running really hot for the A/C. I was dripping with it on high. now I am comfortable again. Nice and cold. Thanks a bunch

Purchase of leased vehicle

The experience was very good. I was purchasing the vehicle I was leasing the last 3 years; payments at that time were not in my budget to purchase. Ed Edmonds recommended a lease to purchase with a lower payment within my budget. I am very happy with my Camry; this car was right for me the moment I first sat in the car 3 years ago.

Five star service experience.

Service Advisor very personable and, even more importantly, very knowledgeable. He explained what was done, as well as what to anticipate on the future. Service was completed even quicker than estimated, and price was right on what he had estimated. I left feeling much more secure about my vehicle. I worked customer service for a major dealership in San Diego for several years, so am familiar with the range of experiences customers report. This service department is top notch.

Airbag recall - replacement

Initially - my parts order placed in late April - was somehow lost... In July, Frank in the parts area graciously worked quickly for me to be assigned the part... Then, I quickly got an appt for 7/11/16... The service appt went smoothly. I appreciated the timely check in, the work, the car rinse & the complementary ride w Roy to and from my morning appt... Thanks...
