I've been going to Larry Miller since 1985. Purchased several vehicles and also go there for service, as I trust them. Mike Ross is absolutely the best!!

Honest and Reliable
Although I did not buy my 4Runner at Larry Miller Toyota in Peoria it is the only place I will take my 4Runner for service. The service consultants are all equally capable. They tell you the truth when something needs to be done and they don't waste your time with nonsense or trying to sell you services you don't need or would likely not be interested in. They have always taken the time necessary to make sure I fully understand the situation with my 4Runner. I never leave with a question unanswered.

Quality service
Trustworthy, hard-working, reliable, and guaranteed service! I've been seeing Carlos for years and He makes sure every time I come in that my car will be taken care of in a timely manner. They also wash your car after your service. Everyone's very polite asking you if you need help. You also have your own advisor and while you're waiting there's a snack bar area with TV and comfy couches so I just get a latte waiting for my car to be done :)

I was checked in timely. All service was completed to my satisfaction, Tommy answered all of my questions. Service and customer service has been great over the past 2 years.

Great Service

Duane Thomas is Customer Service
I continue to get my vehicle serviced at Larry Miller because of Duane Thomas. He is always courteous, professional and friendly. He keeps me apprised of the progress of my vehicle as it is being serviced. I believe he is honest and trustworthy and that is the biggest factor in my dealing with any business. Physical logistics: The concept of an open venue looks great on paper and works well for the most part, but I personally don't like hearing employees shouting over the top of patrons when conversing with each other. I also noticed that people walk in off the street to help themselves of the snacks, etc. It is obvious that they are homeless or otherwise and makes for a potentially unsafe situation. There is a lot to be said for image, deportment and safety.
