New Camry Hybrid
I left dealer on 8/15/15 with new Camry Hybrid. Got to store and car would not start. I was panicked and called dealer multiple times for help but mainly got transferred to voice mails (x 4). The car could not be started with verbal guidance from service dept, either. 'Waited half an hour in 120 degree heat and finally, it started and I got home. In my mind, I had just traded a very dependable Camry for a host of nightmarish problems. My job does not allow me to get to the dealer often, as my hours are long. I just panicked! I would like to apologize to your staff for my behavior, as I was shouting into the phone and feeling quite desperate. No family in the state and afraid of being stranded. There is no excuse for treating your staff the way I did, however, and I am sorry. please extend this apology to them. I have always been happy with your dealership and this is my second purchase with you.I look forward to a good future working relationship with your staff. MD

Worth the drive for great service
Todd in the service department was amazing makes getting my car service a trully great experience. I have another toyota dealer 5 min from my house however this service department is wort the extra 15 min drive because the experience is night and day. I will continue to take my car here as their customer service is fantastic.

Long Time customer
I live out of state for medical reasons in the summer. Quick trip into town found our Camry needing service. Mike was able to fit me in late that day and I waited in dealer for my oil to be changed. Always a great experience! Julie

Scott has taken care of my vehicle for a very long time. He is always honest and fair, and the quality of the work can't be beat. They also stand behind the work if ever there is a problem, and correct it right away. I won't take my Avalon anywhere else!

Awesome Experiance!
I took my Tundra in for Warranty work on an expensive replacement part and the work was done quickly with no questions asked. The waiting room was comfortable and spacious with WiFi and snacks. Everyone was professional and courteous. Thanks. Daryl S.
