I have owned Toyota cars for a number of years and each has been great. Chris is customer service director and hopefully will continue to be. He is pleasant helpful, knowledgeable and recommends what should be done for my cars. The new service banks are great, however there should be more when the winter months come on and the busy time fills everything up. Ordering parts is quick and the time span for an appointment is really

I'll be a repeat customer !!!

Took my new 2015 Toyota 4 Runner in for the 6 mos/5000 mile chk up..met with service Tech Todd who was very courteous and helpful I arrived at 8:45 am for my 9'o clock appt. he took my car in and approx. 30 mins. later I was on my way out. Great service and friendly folks !!

I was checked in on time. All service was completed in a timely manner and to my complete satisfaction. Tommy parred my phone to operate hands free.

SERVICE EXPERIENCE

CHRIS CONGER IS FANTASTIC TO WORK WITH. HE EXPLAINS EVERYTHING WELL. REALLY LIKE THE WAITING AREA. GOOD POPCORN. WE USUALLY LEAVE OUR CAR AND WALK TO CRACKERBARRELL FOR LUNCH BUT TODAY WE CAME BACK EARLY AND ENJOYED THE WAITING AREA. EMPLOYEES ARE FRIENDLY AND MAKE YOU FEEL WELCOMED.

Love My New Car

Great service as usual from Rick Emerson in the repair area and Terry Ransome in sales. Terry is very personable, and we ended up buying a car that day! Wow!

Love the new waiting area

My service advisor Mike is always great, he explained future items needed, not ready to do now. Don't have more comments to go to twenty five words

Service excellence

I have been coming to this dealership for over 10 years and have never been disappointed in the service. I love my Matrix and take great care of it and that's why I am proud to be one of their clients. All I do is call for service and they take care of me and the cost of all this you just can't beat it. Chris Conger is the best.

Always top notch service!!!

As always, the service staff is unmatched. Appointment was made on short notice, extra maintenance was requested by me at the last minute, and still the car was done, and done early. I have not found another dealer that provides this level of service. I pass two other toyota dealers on my way to this one for a reason.

Larry Miller has been servicing our Toyotas since 1999, and always meets the highest standards. Rick Emerson is an excellent service manager and Joe Molinar is simply the best mechanic around.
