I always ask for Rick Emerson. He is the best. Someone that I can believe in what he tells me. Always friendly and nice.

very fast this time waiting was only an hour not bad last time it was almost 3

Good service department

I have been pleased with Larry Miller Toyota service over the years. I have an FJ cruiser and its taken off road a lot. They do a great job noting anything that should be corrected or maintenance. I have always scheduled my appointments online and find it very convenient. Mike in Service has taken good care of me. My vehicle is always ready on time and there are no surprises. I am very comfortable with their service department for my FJ.

Best experience buying a car

Staff was very friendly and knowledgeable. Since we had purchased a car for our daughter years ago, Larry Miller Toyota was first choice in returning to purchase a new car. Our salesman Musa Dahdal was outstanding and answered all our questions and concerns.

Amanda was the most professional service rep

Amanda was the most professional service rep I have ever delt with. My first few interactions with the Larry Miller Toyota Service staff were not great. I only continued to go to this dealership for the free oil changes that came with the purchase of the vehicle. Amanda changed my view of the dealership. As long as the service level stays at what I just experienced I will continue to take my vehicle to this dealership.

Oil service

I brought my can in for an oil change. He suggested some general maintenance on my vehicle. I didn't feel pressure to do any of the offered services. I asked him to tell me which things I should do first and he was more than willing to share the information with me. I will be bringing it in for a transmission flush soon.
