Service on Van
Service was great as usual. A couple items did come up to make the visit uncomfortable. First, my wife parked on west side of service bays while I was getting my service written up, and she came into the bays. Upon our departure, I had a LM shuttle van blocking me in. Driver came out and was very RUDE about us parking in his spot. As I looked on the pavement, you could bearly make out the words that it was reserved for the shuttle. Second, upon my return home I had a message saying that my van was in need of service and to contact the dealership. On Friday, 09-19-14, I received an e-mail saying that my van was in need of service. Don't these overpaid personnel ever check the logs?

Love my second Avalon as much as my first Avalon.
I bought an Avalon in 2000, sold 10/2013 and just bought another Avalon 10/2013. Love Avalons. Toyota dealership I deal with is great. Great c/s, business oriented, friendly. I have never had a major issue at all in the years I have owned Toyota Avalons. Couldn't b e happier with an automobile.

My new truck purchase

Brake Reservoir Tank Service Campaign
I brought my 2010 Camry Hybrid for inspection of the Brake Reservoir Tank because of the mailing I received. Scott Hallowell (Assistant Service Manager) was courteous as usual, and had my car checked out - it did need a replacement of the Tank. The replacement service was done at this time - this was very helpful to me since it didn't require a follow-up appointment and more of my time. I have never had any problems with Scott, and will continue to select him when I have service or other needs for my vehicles.
