Great service!
Duane and the team were very helpful and friendly. I had a recall notice and they took care of that in less time than they had told me. they were responsive to my needs, ordering a new window shade that was defective and Duane took the time to change my contact info in the computer system which I had been trying to get accomplished previously without much success.

Fuel pump fixed!
Took my FR-S in for a second opinion on the loud cricket noise coming from the fuelpump. They had the parts available and got me in all the same day. Much better than the dealership I has purchased from.

Toyota Experience
Faced with a $5000 repair bill for a 20 year old car, we decided it was time to get a new one. The biggest problem I had with this experience was making the decision between a Highlander and a Rav4. The sales person was extremely patient worked different options on both models. This is the second car we have purchased from Larry Miller Toyota and in another 20 years we will be back.

Great experience at Larry Miller Toyota
I was having a RECALL fixed on my Rav4 along with its regular maintenance check up. When I made the appointment, it was clearly explained that my car would be at the dealer all day. I did not mind as I knew this ahead of time so could schedule my day accordingly. I had a shuttle person/Roy/ drive me to and from my home. Very friendly, safe driver. Chris C, my contact person in the Service department, was very thorough explaining what they were going to do with my car which I accepted and signed. When I got to the Service department at the end of the day, Chris was ready with all of the paperwork, included the yearly maintenance fee which I wanted, car wash was done, and the Rav4 was ready to go. Very organized group of people at Larry Miller Toyota.

Larry Miller Toyota Service was excellent
I plead guilty to neglecting my 97 4 runner so when I took it in for the timing chain replacement at 170,000 miles I new there would be some maintenance that needed done. Rick told me what was needed, didn't pressure me with scare tactics, told me what it needed NOW and what could wait. Splitting up the neglected service over the next 3 oil changes ($90 for all three, no taxes, great deal in itself) made it budget friendly. And I thought the charges were very reasonable. Delivered on time, shuttle on time, a really good experience. And what a vehicle. Thank you Rick, you made me a "key tosser".

Service experience
Was on time and met by Rick Emerson whom I have dealt with several other times. He took my wishes and kept me up to date .Work was completed in good time and satisfactorily. He never pushed me for extra work and was pleasant and easy to work with. I will be back.

Wife took her "08" Highlander for LOF service with Tommy. I appreciate him calling me to discuss some other issue that he and the techs noticed. Could not get them addressed as we were pressed for time, but will do so ASAP after returning from vacation.

My experience at Larry Miller Toyota was exceptional, the saleswomen that I worked with were very easy to work with and very knowledgeable about the vehicle and all its amenities. The finance manager that I worked with was just as wonderful to work with. At no point did I feel pressure as I had already done several months of homework on the vehicle I wanted. I would highly recommend Larry Miller Toyota as a whole but the saleswomen that I worked with and their approach with me is what ultimately made my choice clear. Thank you to Melissa and Tessa.
