Exceptional Service

After approaching into the service department I was greeted by a service women who took my name and ask who was assign to me as my service advisor. she was very polite and professional. She checked and a few minutes later told me my advisor would be right out. Tommy came over and continued in respectful and professional manner, I was getting a routine check for my car he took down all my information and explained the services charges. I was offered a free carwash which was great. He escorted me to the waiting area and advised of their free internet service, water and goodies. After completion of the car service Tommy explained in detail of the service and what was done. windshield wipers may need to be replaced on my next visit.

Great service; great experience

We needed to get our oil changed and have our grill put back into place as it had fallen out. They not only took care of us promptly and with friendly smiles, they washed our car. Nice.

I love Larry Miller Toyota

Appointments are very efficient. Waiting room is very comfortable with goodies provided to ease the wait. They even have a nice children's play area.

New Car Buying Experience with Larry Miller Toyota

We had a very satisfactory experience buying our Toyota RAV4 at Larry Miller Toyota on Bell Road. The salesman we dealt with, Eric Nelson, was friendly, knowledgeable and very helpful in making the buying process a good experience. All in all we were very happy with our purchase and would definitely recommend Larry Miller Toyota and Eric Nelson to anyone looking to buy a vehicle. It was so enjoyable dealing with Eric Nelson, who after meeting him, felt like an old friend.

RAV4 servicing

Amanda was excellent in her attention to our last warranty servicing for the RAV4. She gave us options on what to do or not do and specifically recommended replacing our battery which failed a charge test. She also mentioned what service option to follow since we have a low mileage vehicle.

2014 Tacoma

Tessa in sales was great and was the reason that I came back to Larry H Miller. My only negative was once I thought I was through negotiations and I got to signing the papers, there was another entire set of negotiations regarding extended warranties. I had not purchased a vehicle since 2001 so this caught me off guard.
