2015 Acura RDX review
Love this car I live in Minnesota and plow snow In the winter.. We recently had a bad snowfall dropping over a foot of hard wet snow. I've never had any issues with unplowed roads and drifts. This vehicle get me there safely ever time..

We purchased A used vehicle from Metrowest Acura. The car was in our price range and priced below most other dealerships. The frustrating thing was the complicated way we had to purchase the vehicle. We drove from out of state 3 hours One way. The deal ship knew we were coming but did not inform us the person to complete the paperwork for our purchase wasn’t working that day so we had to drive the 3 hours again to sign the papers needed to purchase the vehicle. Again on this second visit the person who signs off the title was not in the office so we didn’t get all the paperwork needed and it took them a few dats to send the papers in the mail. We brought transfer plates from our state on the second visit to drive the car home. Most of these headaches could be avoided if Massachusetts allowed dealers to give out temporary plates. All in all we like our purchase just not the extra drives and waiting to actually call the car our own.

They went above and beyond to make the transaction quick and stress free and explained all the paperwork I needed to fill out. I was driving my “new to me” vehicle off the lot in about 2 hours. Once again, as always, I still continue to receive exceptionally excellent expert customer service, and also, technical repair & maintenance service from (AutoNation Acura North Orlando in Sanford, FL) over the last 22 years for my Acura TL (2004) where I also bought my car. My service team lead manager, Jeff Morton, works very closely with his Master Mechanic Technicians to address & resolve all of the problems that I identify for my 22 year old car, and also, proactively identify & resolve any problems that I didn't know about before those problems can become even bigger (worse) & more expensive to repair. This is why my 22 year old car car still looks like new, drives like new, the gas mileage (MPG) is slightly better than when my car was new & my car's speed acceleration (0-60 MPH) is the same/better as when I purchased my car new. I really appreciate this kind of continued exceptionally excellent expert customer & technical service.
