Paramount Hyundai of Hickory review
Re: Sales Experience Karrie is out of this world. She is customer driven to no ends. I wanted to purchase a 2022 Veloster N out of state from their dealership. Karrie returned my call quickly, answered all of my questions, and then provided super helpful information that I didn't think of. She kept me up to date as things progressed, and quickly alerted me when I needed to do something. On a personal level, Karrie has a fantastic personality and was amazing throughout the process Allan in finance was thorough, responsive, and understanding. I have 0 complaints about my experience
2021 Acura TLX review
I have the 2021 TLX A-Spec, which is a great looking car. I especially like the sound system, which rivals the Harmon Cardon which I had in my 2018 Kia Stinger; however, since day one I've been having noise issues. There is excessive wind noise at speeds 50mph and over. The other issue is a nagging noise coming from the steering wheel. I already left it a couple of times at the dealership, and it was fixed the second time, only to come back again. I already made a third appointment to look into it, again...

Thank you to Mike A and shop foreman Mike, both were able to help me out when I came in with a flat tire but also showed me that I was in need of my other tires, they were able to get me a loaner car and have my car done that afternoon.

CarShop Chester Springs review
Nick was a total lifesaver! I was passing through town for just one night when my car's hood wouldn't latch shut, and I had no idea how I'd make it home. I called about 15 minutes before closing, and Nick told me to come right over. I pulled in with just a few minutes to spare, and he was already there waiting for me. He diagnosed and fixed the problem in under two minutes flat. Without his quick help, I would've been stuck in town for days. So grateful!

Audi South OrlandoReviews
Audi South Orlando review
I came to this dealership in 2018 to purchase a vehicle and had a rather unpleasant experience with the receptionist, 2 members in sales, and a manager, so I purchased my vehicle elsewhere. 8 years later, I purchased another Audi out of town and decided to try Audi South Orlando for service. As soon as I arrived in service, I was immediately welcomed and treated with the utmost level of respect. While I was initially told I would receive a loaner car while my car was being serviced, the service advisor informed me my particular service wasn’t going to take as long as I was originally told so I would not be able to get a loaner, however, they offered to call and pay for an uber to take me anywhere I needed to go and get me back to the dealer once my car was done. While finishing the check in process, it turned out the appointment I made over the phone was actually scheduled for a different day than what I was told, so I wasn’t even on the schedule for that day. The service advisor, Austin, still got my vehicle in and took great care of me. They kept me up to date with texts and videos throughout the service and were nothing but friendly and professional during the whole process. I’m glad I came back years later because staff has definitely changed and the way I was treated this time around was 100x better than in 2018. I will continue to bring my vehicle back here for service and hopefully purchase future Audis from South Orlando.
2021 Acura TLX review
A little sloppy in high speed turns, replaced puddle lights a couple of times, replaced rotors on a soft recall, headlight and tail light went out but all covered under warranty. Drives smooth, suspension is overall good, looks amazing, navigation is atrocious and difficult to use, should be touch screen. 32k on odometer.

Basil Toyota review
Dave Hoffman, Ryan Hunter, Matt Vetter, Jamie Branch and everyone here ALWAYS treats me like I am the ONLY one that matters. It feels more like a family than a dealership. Everytime I go in for service with either Toyota I own, I always leave feeling better than when I came in, (which is usually just the opposite from most service departments I have been to). From Ryan Hunter managing the exceptional sales department to Dave Hoffman and his Elite service team, I feel VALUED. Thank you all at Basil Toyota!

Bianchi Honda review
I took my CRV in for a recall which I was told might possibly take all day so that’s what I had planned for. Not only did they complete the recall in a shorter amount of time but they were also able to inspect & service a couple minor things which saved me another trip to Erie. That dealership is SO accommodating! I was impressed with the service, the employees & the turnaround time. Can’t say enough good things about Bianchi’s.

East Coast HondaReviews
East Coast Honda review
Mr. Filleman was an excellent salesman. He was very honest(I feel) and went above board to handle the closing of the vehicle under his control. He also went over everything on how to use the technology of the vehicle. He called today making sure all was ok. Mr. Filleman is very honest, I feel. And goes beyond what is required of a salesman. Now Mr. Stanley is not so honest I feel. He went thru everything so fast. Have no one but myself to blame. I feel I got took for 500.00 dollars. I fell business is built on honesty and integrity. I have always done bussiness with Cale Yarborough Honda in Florence s. c. I will be purchasing three vehicles between Dec and June as I promised my grand kids a new vehicle when they graduate from college. I will consider East Coast and Mr. Filleman. The finance people are trained to go fast and sell add on’s. Anyway all is good and thank you Mr. Filleman.

Randy Curnow Buick GMCReviews
Randy Curnow Buick GMC review
Purchased my ?26 Buick Envista ST I?ve been eyeing and doing my research since they were introduced in ?24. The Envista is sleek, drives great and is a real head turner. I first saw one on the road in ?24 and was like, what is that, got closer and saw that it was a Buick. Admittedly I?d never would have considered a Buick at my age (50) growing up that?s what your grandparents drove. Not anymore, Buick stepped up the style, reliability and dependability game. I look at other Makes but kept being drawn to the Envista for its style and pricing.

Ed Morse Sawgrass Auto MallReviews
Ed Morse Sawgrass Auto Mall review
I recently purchased a 2026 GMC Sierra 1500 from Ed Morse Sawgrass Chevrolet, and the experience was excellent from start to finish. David Ocker was our salesperson, and he made the whole process easy. He was knowledgeable about the truck, answered every question we had, and never made us feel pressured or rushed. The pricing was fair and straightforward, no games or surprise add ons at the end. They also gave us the best trade in offer we had seen after checking a few other dealers. Once we decided on the vehicle, the paperwork moved quickly and we were done in under an hour. If you're in the market for a new truck, I'd recommend asking for David. Great experience overall.
