Excellent customer service right from the very first phone call with Dan (internet sales). Everyone I met at the dealership was extremely friendly and willing to help me with anything I needed. Once I had decided to purchase a vehicle, Dan made everything super easy and got me in and out as quick as possible. I would definitely buy from Pearson and Dan again.

I walked into the dealership on a whim and was greeted by a very friendly Reggie Ervin. I quickly exposed I was not there for service or to purchase a vehicle, but to ask them a question completely unrelated to purchasing a vehicle from them. I wanted some info on an Indiana Title. Reggie took me over to Don Thompson who took over from there. Don went above and beyond to give me the information I needed even though he was very busy. Both gentleman were of such a huge help! I wanted to write a review to thank both of them for helping me when they most definitely didn't need too. When I am in the position to purchase another vehicle I will be going back to Pearson Ford and working with Reggie and Don! I can't thank them enough!

Dan did a great job of helping me find exactly what we were looking for in a family vehicle that wasn't a van. He listened to what I was looking for and gave guidance in shopping for a used vehicle. He stayed within our budget and helped us make the best choice for us. I messaged him last minute when I had some time and he was available-as a mom of three young girls, I have to capitalize on my time without kids and we were able to get everything taken care of. Even providing tote bags to clean out my trade-in! Looking forward to working with them in the future!
