My experience was amazing and I really enjoyed. the customer service Ben Weir always gives me every 3 years when my lease is up and that is why I come back!! Pearson Ford wouldn’t be the same w/out him. He is the manager that does it all and his staff really likes working for him. Tonight I met Amanda Gregor and she was outstanding and knows the ins and outs of the cars and she is truly customer service driven.

Great to work with. Worked hard to find the car I wanted. Paper work could have gone faster. Love the car. Definitely recommend Amanda and the dealership.

From the first time I made contact with Michael on the phone he was very friendly and more than eager to find what I was looking for. Not only did he find THE truck, he came in on his day off to meet with us. He worked with us to get a price that we felt comfortable with and then left us alone to talk until we called him over. Great overall experience!

WITHIN 2 MINUTES OF SPEAKING TO DAN OVER THE PHONE I GREW MORE INTERESTED IN PEARSON FORD AND THE FORD FUSION ENERGI I HAD BEEN LOOKING FOR. I IMMEDIATELY HEADED TO THE DEALERSHIP WHICH SMELLED GREAT WALKING IN AND HAD COLD AND HOT BEVERAGES OFFERED WHILE I SHOPPED FOR MY NEW VEHICLE. I WAS ABLE TO TELL DAN WHAT I WAS LOOKING FOR AND HE HAD THE PERFECT CAR FOR ME. ONCE WE WENT OUTSIDE TO LOOK AT THE CAR I WAS SOLD AS DAN WAS VERY, VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE ABOUT THE CAR AND ALL OF ITS FEATURES. HE MADE THE PAPERWORK PROCESS EASY AND UNDERSTANDABLE, EVERYTHING WAS EXPLAINED TO ME WITHOUT HAVING TO ASK. ONCE I WAS READY TO SIGN AND DRIVE, I MET WITH MICHAEL THE FINANCE MANAGER AND BOY WAS HE A GREAT GUY TOO! THE TEAM AT PEARSON WORKED REALLY HARD WITH THE FINANCE COMPANY TO GET ME THE APPROVAL AND THE PAYMENT PLAN THAT FIT MY BUDGET! I FOUND OUT THAT I CAN ALSO GET MY CAR WASHED AND DETAILED AT THE DEALERSHIP, WHICH IS AWESOME CONSIDERING THEY KNOW FORDS THE BETTER THAN MOST! I stopped in to check out a Smart car I had found online. Amanda was busy with another customer, but someone else stepped up to show me the car while I was waiting. When Amanda was available we sat down to discuss the purchase. She was the coolest chick! She made me feel right at home! Like I had known her for years! I went in to co sign for my girlfriend and walked out with a new Ford F-150 and am very pleased with Dan and Kyle. Dan is very knowledgeable, helpful and really does care.

Working with Amanda was great for me. She’s professional and easy to work with. We are very happy. My only complaint is that the Detail Department didn’t clean at all behind the 2nd row seats or the wheel wells. These areas were very dirty.
