Great car buying experience

I can't believe I am able to write this, but we had a great used car buying experience at DCH Tustin Acura. Our sales person, Wolos was very informative and helpful and the finance gal, Kathy Lee was awesome to deal with and answered all of my questions and then called me the next day to answer more. I can't say enough great things about this dealership and the professionalism of every person in the process. Will definitely look here first for our next car!

Service and Price were Great

We purchased a new Acura MDX from this dealership. We were extremely pleased with the experience and the price. There was no high press and the process went very quickly.

Best of the Best

Tustin Acura, in my mind, embodies all that is good in a dealership. When taking a car in for repair, the service representatives are courteous, quick and very prompt with a diagnosis. I have also found that their pricing for repairs is very competetive with other repair shops in the area. When purchasing a new or used vehicle (we have done both), the sales representatives are very well informed on all aspects of their products. From the test drive to the contract signing, the staff is like a well oiled machine. Everything they do makes a customer feel valued and welcome. A true three sigma experience.

Exceeds Expectations

DCH Acura never fails to exceed our customer service expectations. Their service department is absolutely excellent- Kyle explains service required in detail; major league integrity, honesty; you feel like a valued customer. We purchased our Acura RL primarily because of the service. It is also (obviously) a great car. Thank you Acura. Keith and Amy

Overly Impressed

I would just like to say this is by far the best dealership I have ever worked with. This is my 4th lease and was the easiest process to get in a new car! Great employees and great customer service! Normally there is a lot of going back and forth before you get what you want, if you ever do, but this time is straight forward and we walked out with exactly what we wanted and exactly what the Business Manager told us he could get us into 5 minutes after walking in the door! Tustin Acura is #1!

When my CD changer was jammed in my 2008 MDX, I brought it in to Tustin Acura expecting a fairly expensive repair since it's no longer under warranty. I was not too happy since the car only had 23,000 miles on it. Freddy told me he will discuss the issue with the service manager and get back to me. Within a few days he called back and said a new unit would be ordered to replace the defective one at no charge. This is really outstanding customer service and I will recommend Tustin Acura to all others. Special thanks to Freddy also for the excellent service he provides Huy

My battery went dead and the audio system was disabled so...

My battery went dead and the audio system was disabled so I called Tustin Acura. I was told how to do it but I couldn't do it so I called the second time. I explained that I was a Senior Citizen and therefore he had to be patient with me. Well, he could not explain it to me so he referred Kyle to me. He was so patient and explained it to me and got my radio to work. What service. Many times employers get so inpatient with Senior Citizens. Well, not Tustin Acura. I have always gone to Tustin Acura because of their great service but this time I could not go to Tustin Acura because the battery was dead in my garage, otherwise I would have gone to Tustin Acura.

Kyle Herron is the reason we continue to bring our cars...

Kyle Herron is the reason we continue to bring our cars to this dealership for everything. Even though it may be less expensive to have work done elsewhere, Kyle has our trust. Over the years, Kyle has continually exhibited the highest standard of professionalism and service that rises above the bar. His attention to detail and his unquestionable trustworthiness make him a huge asset to this dealership. We have worked with him over the years and know that if Kyle is taking care of us and overseeing the work on the car, we won't have any worries.

I am a return customer. This is not the closest Acura...

I am a return customer. This is not the closest Acura dealer to my home but it is the only Acura dealer that I will buy from or get service from (if ever needed). Every employee is well dressed & professional with every encounter with their customers. If they smoke you would never know it...no smell of cigarettes on their clothes & not visibly smoking in front of the customers. Every question/request was treated with respect & in a swift manner. We were never ignored & we were given a step by step process & time frame as to how long things would take. We finalized the "deal" over the phone before coming to the dealer to sign papers & Alex was true to his word without any hidden fees. Every one smiled & greeted us even as they passed by our table. If the world was as friendly & respectful as DCH Tustin Acura it would be Heaven on Earth!!!
