DCH Tustin Acura

The entire staff at DCH are exceptionally customer oriented. They went out of their way to ensure that they gave me above and beyond attention, they put together a deal I couldn't refuse and they spent time showing me everything I needed to know about my new car. This is the fourth car I have purchased from DCH and I wouldn't consider going anyplace else. From the Sales Manager to the Service Staff, they go above and beyond.

These guys are a great example of friendly, efficient, accommodating, and competitively priced. They really take excellent care of their customers and their cars. Eric and his team have done excellent work on my car in the past but recently I had a urgent problem that needed immediate fixing and they went out of their way to help. I called late on a Friday with a problem - they had me in early the next morning and my car fixed and washed in time for me to make a 2:00 wedding in Pasadena that same day. Couldn't have done it without the help of George Rodriguez - he also helped me make some difficult choices on fixing my car and replacing some things that in hind-site turned out to be a great choice. Thanks Tustin Honda for fielding such a great team.

I have been taking my RSX there for years and the guys always keep it running. They are friendly and treat me with respect. It never takes very long to process me when I am dropping my car off, or picking it up. Plus, I love the chocolate bar they give me every time!

I just bought a 2011 MDX from Tustin Acura and they were outstanding. I sent an email to inquire about price and options. They returned my email almost immediately and they had the best price by almost $400. The vehicle I wanted was not easy to find with the color and options combination, so they tracked one down and made arrangements to have it delivered. Of the 10 cars i have bought from dealerships in my lifetime, this had to be the easiest and friendliest experience I have ever had. From Ken Ngyuen in Sales to Steve Hahn in the Finance department and George Rodriguez in the Serivce Department (I had some extra options added after the purchase). I was recommended to Tustin Acura by a friend because of their great service. I will be following suit and send anyone I know that wants an Acura to DCH Tustin Acura. Great Dealer!!!

I gave this rating because after buying a half dozen cars in my life and 2 from this dealership, this was by far the best overall car buying transaction I have ever experience in terms of a great product, deal and relaxed environment where all questions were answered (and there were a lot) and I felt terrific at the end of the day.

I've had my Acura CL serviced at DCH Tustin Acura for many years now. I always go in and see Freddy, but George, Larry, and Kyle are good too. They alway greet me with a smile and make me feel like I'm a family member who stopped in to visit. It's always a pleasure to grab a coffee and relax in the lounge, and know my car is being well taken care of. Thanks for always taking such good care of me guys!

I was directed to DCH Tustin Acura through the AAA site. I had prepared extensively before going into the dealership. Once we stepped into DCH Tustin Acura, all employees were extremely courteous and helpful. Kenny, our sales person, was informative and answered any and all questions with patience! We purchased a CPO 2008 Acura MDX. Kenny, again, was patient helping set up our personal preferences and blue tooth connections! This was a wonderful dealership. The whole sales process was stress free. My sales rep was very thorough, patience and friendly through the signing process and explained about the car very well. I never had a better experience like I did at the DCH Tustin Acura. Absolutely the greatest.
