Great service and friendly people

The salesman was very knowledgeable about the product they sale. Answered every question I had with no problem. the financial department explained all my options and completed everything with no hassle.

Above and Beyond

My Dad and I originally stopped in to Paramount Kia to see if they could help "refinance" a vehicle that he purchased (from Paramount Kia) and now I needed to buy it from him since the car is for my son. Everyone went above and beyond to help facilitate the transaction! At the time, I had a Kia Optima which I loved - bought it from a Kia dealership in Virginia. I expressed a little bit of interest in possibly trading in my 2013 for a new vehicle. I did not have any need to trade it in, but Julian went above and beyond to get the price reduced enough to where I would want to trade in my car. Julian was very patient, did not apply any pressure and was very personable. He really worked to make sure we were 100% happy! Way to go Julian!

Best experience ever!

I worked with Randy & Daryl, who helped me find the perfect car for my situation. A 2018 KIA Optima. Daryl did everything possible to get me into the car for the budget I wanted. Randy however, finalized the deal and made the experience worth It. He was in no hurry and I didn’t feel rushed as this was a bug decision. He walked me through everything on the car to make sure I knew how to operate every control/button. I get frustrated really easy with dealerships but not with this one. If you are in the market to get a vehicle do It! I drove from Asheville just to go there. Incredible experience! Thank you Randy!!

5 stars for paramount of hickory! Daryl and Randy took great care of us. Helped us pick out just the right vehicle and worked around our budget in a non pressured atmosphere. 5 stars will do business with them again!

A Sorento for the Sorrento’s. Thanks to Gary Fesmire!

Gary went above and beyond. First he actually brought a Sorento to our home to test drive! Then he looked for the very best deal that fit our wants, needs and budget. Once we decided to move forward we went to the dealership, took another test drive, filled out the paperwork and we were out of there in less than 2 hours total. Great Salesman!

I visited Paramout Kia and Paramount Hyundai several times within a week when I was looking for a good used car. Gary was helpful right from the moment he walked out to greet me. He was knowledgeable, easy going and never pushy. He kept in touch with me by text, responding quickly and, again, never pushy. Great sales experience that impressed me and my husband!

KIA provides the Best Service

The facilities are excellent and everyone smiles and makes you want to come back. The Service department desires 100+ Outstanding Service!! I wanted to replace the floor mats in my car. KIA gave me a great price and provided great customer service.
