I loved the experience, the customer service was great.. Chris was a great salesman and was very knowledgeable about his product. The overall Kia experience was wonderful

Great Experience

Randy went above and beyond in helping me find a car. He spent several hours finding and letting me test drive different cars. Once I found one and got all the paperwork done, he made sure to show me everything the car could do and how to use all of the technology. I would refer anyone to him if they are looking to purchase a car.

I would like to say that my experience with paramount kia was a 5 star experience. Chris and adam were great. All of the staff is very helpful and friendly. I have purchased 4 new cars in my life. Service Department

I want to let you know my service department experience the last two times I have been in have been exceptional. Aaron Bisesti has been my service advisor both of those times and he is outstanding. He is cordial, and makes every effort to take care of you while you are there and tries to make your experience as pleasant as possible. He explains everything you need to know the way you can understand it. The work I needed completed was under warranty.

Sales review

Gary Fesmire was very helpful. he was more interested in what I wanted rather than what he wanted to sell me. He asked me what I was looking for when I got there and that is what we worked on from start to finish. He didn't waste my time trying to sell me something I didn't want or need. The whole staff was very professional and friendly. Gary worked very hard to get make sure everything was how I wanted it.

It took to long

It took over 4 hours and because of this I feel I did not have a clear mind when I was filling out the paper work. There were additional fees that I did not notice until the next day.

Gary was thorough and made us feel welcome but not pressured. Listened to all of our questions and tried to get answers.
