2016 aford Escape

These folks were AMAZING. They went over and beyond for me, made me feel like I was the only customer they had. They worked HARD for my business and I recommend this dealership with ZERO hesitations. I will do business here again!

Best car buying experience in my life!!

My Mother lives in Hickory, NC. I Live in Ohio. My mother was in a car accident the beginning of December. Totaled her car. I drove to Hickory and picked her up and brought her to Ohio for the holidays for a month. During this time, I called several dealerships and used car salesmen looking for a car for my Mother. I spoke with about 10 different dealerships and 20 salesman. Finally, I received a recommendation to call Paramount Kia. I was connected with Randy. This dealership and Randy gave me the very best car buying experience of my life! Randy asked what I was looking for and my price range. Within 24 hours, he found exactly what I was looking for. The kicker was, it wasn’t even at his dealership. It was at another Paramount dealership. So I had to purchase it there. This means a very small commission for him (maybe enough to go out to dinner). This dealership and Randy were more concerned about satisfying their customers than the money they would make in commissions. He was also helping me on his day off work. Randy is the most honest, caring salesman I have ever had in any product I’ve ever purchased. Paramount Kia, thank you and a Randy for everything!!

We had a great sales employee Nick. Very kind and patient.

The salesman was excellent. Not pushy. Great experience in Sales. We pd more that week Than we would have at Toyota In Charlotte. But I feel we got an Ok deal on the car. My husband Loves the car. Showroom nice and clean. Cars presented well.

Top Notch

My husband and I were comparing 3 models of the Kia Sorento. We went to Paramount Kia and Randy Rosenbalm helped us through the process. Randy was friendly and so knowledgeable about each model. Even after purchasing our 2017 Kia Sorento (of which Apple CarPlay was not installed) Randy went out of his way to figure out how to install it before we drove off the lot that day. Also, They made filling out paperwork a breeze! The whole process was top notch from start to finish!

Top Notch Customer Service

From the time you walk in the door until you depart with the car of your choice everyone is very courteous and helpful. I have been to other places where the sales staff are pushy & rude, but that is not the case here. Randy Rosenbalm is the man to put you in your next vehicle.
