New Kia.

Pretty good overall experience. Everyone was very helpful and nice, especially Justin. Made buying a car a little more enjoyable than normal - purchasing and waiting for a new car is never enjoyable.

Great experience

My experience at Paramount was great! Kathy listened to what I was looking for in a new Kia Optima and responded. She assisted me in finding a car that I wanted and the financing staff was very easy to work with.

Great place to come is kia and Chris was the best. If i could go higher for stars i would do it. He said it can happen and it did.

Wonderful first time car buying experience.

Came to Paramount Kia looking for a used Kia Sportage. This was my first time purchasing a car in my name. Cathy listened to what our needs were in finding a new vehicle that suited our family best. We were able to trade in my current vehicle and get the new car financed with the ideal payment for our family. Best car buying experience by far. Love my Kia..

I was rear ended in my 2009 kia. My car was totaled. I really liked my Kia and went on line to check out Kia of hickory. The next day Nick from Kia gave me a call and the next week I went in. Nick was very helpful but not pushes( like other places have been) He showed me this really nice white Kia Soul and we took a spin. It was the one I wanted. Nick went over everything with me, answered all my questions. Nick never made me feel pushed into my car. From the time I went in til I left was a short time. Nick is good at his job and I will be a spreading the word. Also Andy Harris who did my paperwork was great getting it done in as short a time as he could. Love my Kia! Thank u Nick Thomas!!

Unexpected purchase

Much better...

They were not being too responsive but they have now fixed the issue. The paint was coming off my moms 2014 Kia Soul but they fixed it now.
