kinda shady

I emailed on a vehicle. Email was returned by several different people. All of them asking when can I come look at it when can I come test drive it. Show up to test drive it and it's not available. It was in the back getting ready to show. You can't even go back to look at it. They said. Thanks for wasting my time!

Horrible repeated service calls

Multiplied times I have made an appointment and told a simple oil change and tire rotation cannot be done in less than 90 minutes regardless of the appoIntment is made. Last two appointments took over 2 hours and not sure the tire rotations were even completed. Horrible service and I will make sure that I post al my reviews on every online media for others to see. Never will buy a Chevrolet from Hendricks again.

Thoroughness and Quality repairs

The mechanic took the time to search out the problem, diagnosis it correctly, and fix it quickly. Next time I go there, I want the same mechanic (Kris K) to work on my vehicles! I am very happy with my service experience, which is hard to do. I was tired of the independent shops just throwing my money at the problem. I now will always take my vehicle to Hendrick Chevrolet and I want Kris K to always to work on it!

Always a terrific Service Department experience.

I had a terrific Service Department experience at Hendrick Chevrolet/Kansas City. Alex Fults handles all of my car service needs. He does an outstanding job. Alex makes a HUGE difference in the service experience at Hendrick Chevrolet/Kansas City.

New owner of a Colorado ZR2

The entire experience was great! No pressure at all. They were willing to work with me and gave me a fair deal. I purchased an after market item and had it installed within just few days of purchase. Everyone was very knowledgeable of the vehicle and products. I chose this dealership initially due to more selection and lower list prices than any of their competitors. I'm very satisfied and will be my 1st choice for any future purchases.

Terrific service experience!

I purchased a new Corvette at Hendrick Chevrolet/Shawnee Mission. What an outstanding purchasing experience! Robert Wiegers and Misty Shelley are absolutely the best on the sales side. If you are looking to purchase any Chevrolet vehicle, ask for Mr. Wiegers and/or Ms. Shelley by name. Alex Fults is my Service Specialist-he always takes GREAT care of me. He is a true professional! I highly recommend Alex Fults to all my friends that drive any type of Chevrolet vehicle.

Nice Employees

I called about a car and they said it was in stock. I arrived at the dealership an hour later and was told it was sold. I didn't get a call letting me know it was sold. Scott the manager was very nice and apologized and bought us a full tank of gas. I would recommend this dealership even though I didn't buy a car from them.
