Brought my certified pre-owned vehicle in for service on the electrical system, as covered by the warranty. Amanda in the service department was great. We had set up an appointment a few days earlier and when I arrived the loaner car was sitting there waiting for me. She displayed a super "how can we help you" attitude. Work was done, and I'm happy

This was my first time buying a car and I felt so welcomed and confident. Not once did I feel pressured into making a decision I wasn?t comfortable with. They did great with explaining the pros and cons. Walked me though a few cars with some options but dea complete success.

Finally got papers a month after buying car.price has $700 added to it.I was leaving to buy car from another dealer when they showed me a number i agreed to.Now get the real papers.Will not go to any Hendrick again or recommend! Buyers beware!

I went to Hendrick because I was treated very poorly at another dealer. My experience at Hendrick was fantastic. The sales person, Alyssa McHenry was extremely helpful and was willing to listen to what it was that I was looking for. She also took the time to answer any questions that I had. The "negotiation" phase was quick and turned out to be a win-win for both parties. Also, I wanted to add an after market item. The arrangements were made for that, it was done, expeditiously and correctly. Great place.

I made a car deal over the phone and email with these guys and knowing I was 750 miles away I think they believed if they could get me their they could get more money out of me. The first think the GM tried to do was say my trade in wasn't what he thought and that he needed another $1,500. WRONG!! I try and want to believe that people are honest and trustworthy still but not here. I will never even think about buying another car at a Hendrick Dealership again. And I buy on average probably 1 car per year between personal and work vehicles. Watch your back with these guy is all i can say.

Stan Georgakopoulos was our salesman and he did an outstanding job in getting us the best deal possible. He is very knowledgeable and kept us entertained through the whole process. A very positive experience!
