Kendall Kile at Kenny Thomas Olathe Toyota was pleasant, helpful and easy to work with. I did not know if I would purchase a car when I pulled in the lot but Kendall helped me to test drive several different cars and ultimately assisted me in the purchase of a used car which I absolutely love. I was clear that I needed to stay within a certain price point and Kendall was understanding of that. It had been many years since I purchased a car and it was a much smoother process than I remembered. I appreciate the Kendall and the folks at Kenny Thomas Olathe Toyota!

Shannon is an awesome professional to work with. We purchased our first car from her in 2011 and when we needed another one this month, we had no doubts about who to call to help us. Shannon is always very professional, she listens to all our needs/wants and comes up with options that work for us. She is very easy to work with, very prompt and it literally took us 30 minutes to get in and drive out with a brand new Corolla with all the options we asked for. Shannon has a great smile on her face that makes you very welcome and she takes care of you every step of the way. We were treated respectfully at all times and never, ever pressured to do anything. Kendall Kile was extremely helpful about producing vehicles to help us make a color choice based on an actual vehicle instead of a small color chip in a brochure or online.

Shannon set an appt with us and was on time. She took time to ask us questions that helped narrow our search. She took great care to explain the lease program to us which was very helpful. She came highly recommended from a close friend of ours. She was knowledgeable about the car's features and was able to answer all the questions we could think of. She was very friendly and personable and very attentive to our questions/concerns. I have already told others about her and have recommended her to them.

Highest level of professionalism. Worked to understand my needs and fit a vehicle to those needs. Negotiation process was direct without "games" . No pressure to make decision without finding answers to my questions. Overall, a pleasant experience.

My husband and I purchased a Toyota Venza at Kenny Thomas Olathe Toyota, this was the first new car we have purchased in years. I was actually dreading going to a dealership to look for a car but our experience at this dealership was nothing but a positive one. We were not high pressured by anyone to purchase a car. Our salesman, Johannes Alberty, answered all our questions about the Venza and let us take home some pamphets concerning the vehicle. About a week to a week and a half later we received a letter from Johannes asking us if we were still interested and if we were he would be happy to help us. We went back the next week and made our purchase. Before we left the dealership a gentleman came out and showed us how to operate a lot of the features on the dash, etc, which was very helpful. We would definitely recommend this dealership and our salesman, Johannes Alberty, to others.

Johannes was very helpful, thorough, and patient as we worked through purchasing our new vehicle. When he was having to deal with other customers, he was very consistent in acknowledging us and advising when he would be available. He showed great efficiency while allowing us to test drive the vehicle while having to wrap up business with other customers. Overall, great job!!
