It was a pleasure working with Leroy Giles. He knows what he is selling and does a great job of showing all the different features. He is very understanding and really will work for you. He will make the extra effort to make sure you are happy with the purchase. I would recommend him as a salesperson to my friends and family when they are looking to purchase a vehicle. Also Olathe Toyota has been great to work with as have been doing business with them since 2008.

This was the forth car purchased from Olathe Toyota in the past Ten years. Shannon has sold us the last three, and I would recommend her to anyone. She was referred to my from a client. She did not waste my time, and was extremely devoted to me getting what I wanted and needed. She is a very valuable asset to Olathe Toyota and believes in the product. Coming from a GM world--its going to be hard to get out of a Camry. Three Toyotas later---only one repair---EVER. (leaky water pump) The repair could have cost well over $400--but NOT 1 cent, thanks to the warranty. The Service Guys are great, the wireless in the customer waiting area is nice as well.

It was a good experience when I bought my 2012 Corolla. So when I went with my sister for her to get her a new car and saw the new Corollas I had to have one.

Pam was very friendly and easy to talk with. Stayed with me the whole time unless I was dealing with someone else. And the minute I was discussing the car or financing with someone else she was right back at my side to answer any questions I had. Not that I remember any. I think she answered everything before I asked. :-) love my new car

Great experience and really like my new car for now. I was cleaned up really well i like that the price was what i was looking for. Have not had service to it yet so we will see how that goes.

I have bought several new vehicles from Shannon Merkel.. One day she came in on her day off just to help me which I really appreciated since it was the only day I could come in. She is very knowledgeable, friendly and trustworthy. No pressure salesperson which I really appreciated. I always look for her when I bring my cars in for service and she always knows who I am and takes the time to talk to me.
