Kenny Thomas' Olathe Toyota

I am a repeat customer and will only do business at Olathe Toyota with Bob Tucker. This is the fourth vehicle we have purchased from Bob at Olathe Toyota. love them. They take good care of their customers and are fairly priced. Their service department is also wonderful. We will be returning in two years to purchase a Highlander from Bob.

I was referred to Bob Tucker from a close friend because of their great experience with him. I submitted my application and not even 10 min after I received a call from Brett Garcia. Brett was AWESOME! He had wonderful customer service and made me feel like I was in good hands immediately. I told Brett that I had a personal reference to work with Bob which his immediate response was telling me wonderful things about his co-worker! (It was comforting to hear the staff saying kind things about each other, you don't get that very often) Even though I would be working with Bob, Brett still offered his assistance if I needed him for anything and to not hesitate to contact him if I had a question etc. Now that's CUSTOMER SERVICE at its finest. So Thank you Brett! After speaking with Brett, Bob contacted me immediately after. Bob, made me feel like my business was of value and I was in good hands! It's so hard to go car shopping as a single woman at some of these car dealerships around this area. You wouldn't believe "the deals" other dealerships I went to prior Olathe Toyota that treated me like I was not knowledgeable and they could take me for every last penny. Little did they know, I use to work for AutoTrader and have incredible connections and knowledge. So thankfully, I knew better. I can't even explain how Bob made me feel. I felt like he had me under his wing and I never felt like I would have to worry about what kind of deal I was going to get, I knew Bob would give me an incredible deal. Kinda like if he was my own dad, helping me buy a car. There was no way he was going to let me leave the lot without a deal that I could be proud of and a Car I was excited about! Bob, had constant communication with me and anytime I had a question he was always available and his response time was like none other! I would email him at 1:22pm and I had a response at 1:23pm! How refreshing to know you are being cared for and valued! Olathe Toyota, you have some BEST in CLASS Customer service and the best employees a dealership could ask for. Keep these men close and never let them go! If anyone I know is looking for a car, my first response will be "GO TO OLATHE TOYOTA!" and I know whoever I refer they will be treated like family and will have an amazing experience. (which we all know car buying can be a nightmare and stressful)

First and foremost let me begin by stating that I've purchased vehicles before and by far my purchasing experience not only with Mr. Giles/Olathe Toyota has never been as simple and as it was here. I will return for future purchasing and I will send referrals. The staff was very friendly, there was no pressure to buy "today," Leroy was very attentive to what I was looking for and end the end I was very happy.

Gary was absolutely AMAZING helping to find a car that would fit my needs/price. He was very friendly and knew what position i was in but yet still put forth alot of effort in helping me out, even though i bombarded him with questions he was still friendly and always had a smile on his face. He made sure i was happy with every aspect of the loan and the terms, he also made sure my payment stayed where i needed it to be. I was expecting a negative result but he always turned things positive and always kept me updated on the situation. I would recommend Olathe Toyota and Gary to anybody that is in need of a vehicle!! One VERY SATISFIED CUSTOMER!

Kendall was very knowledgeable salesman on leasing vehicles. We were not sure if we wanted to purchase a used vehicle or go with a leasing option. Kendall was a tremendous in helping us decide which option was best for our needs and budget. Jim in financing did a spectacular job getting us a outstanding interest rate and payments we could afford. Our experience at Olathe Toyota was amazing. We stopped by on our first visit just to browse. Shannon Merkel talked with us, answering all of our questions. When the 2014 Highlander became available we went right back to Shannon...she's knowledgeable, organized, and tops it off with a good dose of personal friendliness that made the whole experience enjoyable. The day we picked up our vehicle, Shannon had all the participants poised and ready for their parts which moved the process along. I would also at this point want to give Richard....sorry, don't remember last name, a very high rank as well. It was his job, no small task, to instruct my husband and me about all the workings of the car. He displayed great patience and was so helpful in answering ALL of our questions. When we finally pulled away we felt excited and comfortable with our new purchase. Olathe Toyota from the get go displayed sincere interaction in every facet of purchasing our new vehicle. We will be repeat customers!!

We just purchased our fifth Toyota from Olathe Toyota, specifically from Shannon Merkel. She is outstanding in terms of knowledge of product, dealership and quality of service. Shannon has taken care of us each time we needed a car, and has never let us down. She is amazing!

I purchased my 2011 Volkswagen Jetta from Shannon Merkel today and I must say this car buying experience was the most comfortable and stress-free transaction ever! She came and picked me up at my home, answered all my questions, made sure I was perfectly happy with my car, explained every detail about the car with patience and care, and made me feel more like I bought a car from an old friend than a salesperson. I have always been terrified every time I have bought a car in the past and have left the dealerships feeling like I've been tricked and bamboozled but not this time!
