This was the best experience I have ever had when buying a car. From the minute I stepped on the lot I never felt pressured and I felt that I was being listened to. William was great and was very easy to work with. I had a bad experience at another dealership and Olathe Toyota met my needs and then some. We have dealt with this dealer for 9 years and have never experienced any problem at all. Having had a variety of cars over our 60 years (Ford, Chev., Olds., Crysler), we have found that Toyota surpasses all of the others we have owned in not only quality, but economy and comfort. This dealer is the best one we have worked with and will continue to do so.

William was not a stereotypical car salesman. He listened and helped us find the car we wanted at a price we wanted to pay. I appreciate tha fact that there were no games, just good honest salesmanship. Kim explained all we needed to know about the function of the new car. I would definitely recommend this dealership.

This was absolutely the easiest car I have ever purchased. My daughter helped me and we did something really new to me by researching online and then submitting an offer online. From the time we submitted my offer the Olathe dealership was phenomenal! They found two options for me one of which was lower cost than what I offered for a nicer package on the Camry Hybrid!! From the salesman to Kim who taught us how to use the smart car stuff to the finance man to the service department who serviced my older Camry while we purchased my new one to the GM who made several stops to check on us throughout the process. What a wonderful experience!! I highly recommend this dealership and all the great people who worked to get me into my new Camry Hybrid!!

I bought a new car from Aubri at Olathe Toyota last week, and I can tell you that I'm really happy. There was a little problem with my paperwork today, but they were so cool about it when they called that I was happy to come back and take care of it. Aubri was nice and offered me a free tank of gas for my trouble (a big deal since gas is so expensive today). I will definitely be coming back to Olathe for all my oil changes and I will recommend them to everyone too.

My experience with Olathe Toyota was so horrible that I ended up walking out and driving 210 miles away to do business elsewhere!Their staff was completely rude and their method of doing business is completely unethical! Don't waste your time like we did, they completely consumed 4 days of our time playing games and toying with us and the end result was being insulted, cursed at and screamed at by Casey Williams (a manager with Olathe Toyota)!We aren't the only victims of this dealership, there are many, many more so head my warning and don't become a victim yourself!
