I was overwhelmed with the concern for me this dealership

I was overwhelmed with the concern for me this dealership expressed. They went above and beyond for me. I worked with Nick who kept me well informed everyday about exactly what was going on with my vehicle and why, it was a difficult situation and they handled it professionally and with respect to me. They took care of everything for me and delayed any fears that I might have had dealing with a dealership. I highly recommend this particular dealership for anyone who are looking for honesty and integrity when dealing with car dealerships

Everything was tremendous from the moment I walked through the door to the moment I left with a brand new vehicle upfront and to the point in a professional manner the whole time and would recommend everyone to go check them out

Unprofessional an inattentive at estimating time needed

Unprofessional an inattentive at estimating time needed for recall fixes. They do not receive Ford letters indicating parts not available until 6 months later on recall fix an 1 did not have remedy. Then insisted on explaining why I was wrong on questioning why they did not know during drop off in morning. 7 hours later only 1 fix made. Then 1 person at desk did not even respond on pickup an the other just said am ready to go. Negative experience an rudeness on explaining why they did not know status on recall parts or remedy when dropping off.

Avoid This Place Like the Plague! ​I’ve had some bad experiences with mechanics before, but this place takes the prize for the absolute worst customer service I’ve ever encountered. If you value your time, your money, or your sanity, do yourself a favor and drive right past this dump. ​The "highlight" of my visit was an employee named Adam. I’m not sure if he hates his job or just people in general, but his attitude was complete trash. From the moment I walked in, he acted like my presence was a personal insult to his day. When I asked a simple question about the estimate, he gave me a condescending smirk and talked to me like I was a total idiot. ​Why I’m Never Coming Back: ​Zero Professionalism: Adam’s rude, dismissive behavior is a cancer to this business. There is no excuse for treating paying customers with that much blatant disrespect. ​The Wait: I was told "an hour tops." Two and a half hours later, I was still sitting in a lobby that smells like stale cigarettes and regret. ​Total Lack of Transparency: They try to upsell you on things you don't need while ignoring the actual issue you brought the car in for. ​It’s honestly impressive how much this place managed to xxxx me off in a single visit. I don't mind paying for quality work, but I refuse to pay to be treated like garbage. ​Save yourself the headache. Go literally anywhere else. This place is a joke, and I will never set foot in this building again.

My dad went in for a just a recall and was greeted by

My dad went in for a just a recall and was greeted by Adam and paid over a thousand dollars in maintenance services that he did not need yet. My dad who is much older was told by Adam that they are running a special on the flushes which was a lie. I called the service department and spoke to another advisor and they confirmed there are NO SPECIALS on anything. I have been a service manager for a long time so I understan you have to make money but why pressure an older person who’s only income is social security???!!!. I never ever leave reviews but this deserves one. I wished I worked at Ford so I could have done the recall but I trusted sending my dad to a herb chambers dealership. BIG MISTAKE!. If you go see Adam, make sure you have enough money for the maintenance flushes you don’t need. What a joke!! First and last visit there for my 80 year old dad
